"Liz Kozar is a "super realtor" and never stops working for you even after the closing. We started working with Liz in October of 2024 and made three trips from Texas to look at properties, which took the better part of 5 days of Liz's time. Liz even took us to the top of Storm Mountain in December to look at a cabin that was off the grid, even when the listing agent would not take us to see the property. In March, Liz found a property in Glen Haven that she thought matched the kind of property we were looking for, and when she took us to see the home in March, we fell in love with the home and its location. She guided and advised us in making an offer well below the asking price that included the inclusion of a freezer and a buy-down of 1% on the interest rate, which made the property within our budget. Then, once the inspections were done, she helped us get $20,000 in concessions at closing for repairs. The seller's agent waited until the last moment to have the required septic system inspected.
